1 lb. Butter
4 Cup Sugar
10 Eggs
5½ Cups Flour
½ Cup Whiskey
Juice from 1 Orange
Pinch of Salt
1 lb Candied Cherries
1 lb. Pineapple
3 pt. Pecans
1 lb. Walnuts
2 lbs. Dates
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Dust fruit with 1/2 cup flour. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, 1 at a time. Add 5 cups flour alternating with orange juice and whiskey. Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt, then add nuts and fruit and mix well. Put in tube cake pans and bake at 350º until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
