2- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
2/3 pkg. Cold Pack Cheese
2- 4 oz. Deviled Ham
1 tsp. Chile Sauce
2 tsp. Minced Onion
Dash Pepper
¼ cup Chopped Chives or Parsley

1. Mix 1 ½ pkgs. Cream cheese with cold pack cheese.

2. In another bowl combine ½ pkg. Cream cheese, ham, Chile sauces, onion, salt & pepper.

3. On a piece of wax paper, spread cream cheese mixture into 7” X 9”. Cover with ham mixture.

4. Cool in refrigerator or freezer, roll up like jelly roll. Press chives into outside of log. Chill for several hours before serving.
