Cream together
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar

Beat in 2 eggs

Beat on low and gradually add in this order
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup whole wheat flour (I have when out of whole wheat used all white)
2/3 cup mincemeat
2/3 cup walnuts

Spoon heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased sheets, mounding them up. Top each with 1/4 green or red cherry.

Bake 400º for 8 mins. NO MORE

Remove from pan and cool on rack.


When you leave cookies on hot pan they will continue to cook; that is why you remove to rack
