Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 cups of sugar 2 cups of plain flour 1 tbsp. of baking soda 1/2 cup of buttermilk 2 sticks of butter 1 cup of water 1/4 cup of cocoa 2 eggs 1 tbsp. of vanilla Pecan Fudge Icing: 1 box confectioners sugar 1 stick of butter 1/4 cup of cocoa 6 tbsp. of buttermilk 1 tbsp. of vanilla 1 cup of pecans

Directions:	Directions: Sift sugar and flour together. In pan bring water, butter and cocoa to a boil. Pour over flour mixture and stir until well mixed. Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk and pour into bow. Add vanilla; beat and add eggs. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes in 9 x13 greased pan. Pecan Fudge Icing: Bring buttermilk, butter, cocoa to a rapid boil. Combine buttermilk mixture and confectioners sugar together in a large bow. Add vanilla and nuts and stir well. Pour over cake while still warm.
