Chocolate Cake Icing


Ingredients:

1 Stick Oleo
½ Cup Crisco
6 tsp. Cocoa
1 Cup Water
½ tsp. Salt
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Flour
½ Cup Buttermilk
1 tsp. Soda
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put oleo, Crisco, cocoa, water and salt in a saucepan and let come to a boil. In mixing bowl, mix sugar and flour together. Pour liquid mixture over flour and sugar. Mix. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
 

CHOCOLATE CAKE ICING


Ingredients:

1 Stick Oleo
6 tsp. Cocoa
6 Tbsp Canned Milk
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts + enough to Sprinkle on top
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put 1 Stick Oleo, 6 tsps. Cocoa and 6 Tbsp. Canned milk in saucepan. Bring to a boil, add 1 box powdered sugar, 1/2 Cup chopped Pecans and 2 tsp. vanilla. Mix well. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
