3 lemmons
3 oranges
1/4 cup orange pekoe [loose black tea]
3 cups of sugar
1 t. each cinn & nut meg
11 whole cloves
4 qt of water

No directions on this one. My guess - put spices in cheesecloth and tie. put everything in a pan, pot, or kette. Boil until whenever, then strain to remove tea leaves.

But, you can look up traditional ways to prepare russian tea (and if you have a samovar, you can use that).

This is handwritten on a piece of cardboard, like from a food package, maybe. Handwriting is not Grandmom's, so this is probably from one of her friends or neighbors. Very old and yellowed, some signs of use.
