1 15 oz. pkg. Refrigerated Pie Crust
6 Cups thinly Sliced, peeled Apples
¾ Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
¾ tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Nutmeg
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions:
Place pie crust in pan as directed on package. Heat oven to 400º. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients; mix lightly. Prepare pie according to two-crust pie. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until apples are tender and crust is golden brown. 8 Servings.
