Crust:
½ cup shortening
2½ cups flour
3 egg yolks
1 TBSP. sugar
salt
1 package dry yeast
⅔ cup scalded milk
Filling:
2 -10 ounce packages Raspberries
¼ cup cornstarch
Frosting:
½ cup oleo
1 package cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Super Easy "Marsha" version:
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 can Raspberry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Combine scalded milk and dry yeast, let sit for 10 minutes. Stir and add flour, softened shortening, egg yolks, and salt. Work into 2 balls of dough. Use one for the bottom crust and one for the top. Roll unto wax paper and peel off. Place cooked raspberry and cornstarch mixture in between the two layers of crust using a jelly roll pan. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 375º for 35-30 minutes.

Combine frosting ingredients and spread on bars when cool.

For Easy "Marsha" version: Use the Pillsbury crescent rolls for your top and bottom crust flattening and pressing together on a 9x13 pan. Place pie filling in between the two layers. Bake for 350º for 10-15 minutes. Use frosting recipe from above.
