1 lb small red potatoes, each cut into 8 pieces (about 3 c)
4 medium carrots, sliced (2 c)
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c)
1 medium stalk celery, sliced (1/2 c)
2- 15 oz cans navy or cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
4 c chicken broth
1 t dried thyme leaves
1/2 t seasoned salt
1 lb cooked kielbasa, cut in half lengthwise and then into 1/4" slices
2 T chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

Spray 3-4 qt slow cooker with cooking spray. In cookoer, mix all ingredients except sausage and parsley.
Cover; cook on low heat setting 8-9 hours.
Stir in sausage and parsley. Cover; cook on low heat setting 30 min longer or until sausage is hot.
