4 c (16 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 T all-purpose flour
2 c (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 eggs
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Toss Monterey Jack cheese with flour. Place in greased 13X9 baking dish.Top with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with bacon.
Beat eggs and milk, pour over all. Cover and chill overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 min before baking.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 40-45 min or until a knife inserted nera the center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 min before cutting.
