1 package white cake mix
1 1/4 c water
1/3 c cooking oil
3 egg whites
1 c coarsely crushed Oreos

1 recipe Creamy White frosting (see recipe_

2 oz semisweet chocolate
1 t shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using water, oil and egg whites. Fold in crushed cookies.
Pour into 2 greased and floured 9X1 1/2 " round cake pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pans on wire racks.
Remove from pans and cool cake layers.
Prepare Creamy White Frosting.* Fill and frost layers.
In heavy saucepan, melt semisweet chocolate and shortening over very low hear. Drizzle melted chocolate around top of cake. Garnish with additional cookies, if you like. Makes 16 servings.

*Creamy White Frosting: Beat 1c shortening and 1T vanilla for 30 seconds. Slowly add 2 1/2 c sifted powdered sugar, beating mixture well. Add 2 T milk. Gradually beat in 2c sifted powdered sugar and 2-3 T milk to make a spreadable frosting.
