Ingredients:
Chicken - You can use any part of the chicken
Dill Weed
Honey
Mustard- brown mustard is best
Salt- teaspoon
Pepper- teaspoon
Garlic Powder or Adobo- tablespoon

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the grill/broiler until hot.

Rub salt/pepper, garlic powder/adobo onto chicken.
Place chicken on the heat.

While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce:
Combine dill weed seasoning, 1/4 cup honey and 3 tablespoons of mustard.
Mix together until smoothly blended.

Important- you must taste the sauce, and season to taste. There should be a sweet and herby flavour, and the mustard should not stick out on its own.

Once the chicken is 3/4 of the way cooked, rub the sauce on the meat.
Continue to let the chicken cook, rotating as necessary, to get the sauce on all sides of the meet.

Once the sauce has formed a hard glaze on the meat, remove from the heat.

Serve meat with a fresh vegetable and rice/potato for a balance finish.
