2 Yeast Cakes or Packages of Active dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Cup Flour

2 Cups Scalded Milk
2 Eggs, Beaten
4 Tablespoons Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
4 Cups Flour
---------------------------------------
Filling:
4 Tablespoon Sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 Tablespoon Butter, softened
Raisins
-----------------------------------------
Powder Sugar Glaze
1/4 Cup Nuts, Chopped (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
--In large bowl mix first five ingredients.
--Let RISE 1 Hour!

--After 1 hour; Add scalded milk, eggs, sugar, butter, and flour.
--Let RISE Again.

--Preheat Oven to 375º/ 400º

--Mix cinnamon and sugar for filling.
--On floured board, roll into rectangle, spread with butter.
--Spread with cinnamon-sugar mix and sprinkle with raisins.
--Roll Up; Cut into 2" long pieces.
--Place in greased pan cut side up
-Let RISE until Double.

--Bake for 20 minutes.
--Glaze with Powder Sugar Glaze and top with Nuts (nuts optional)

Milk--Enough To make glaze smooth for brushing on rolls
