2 pounds ground beef

2 pounds pork sausage (one hot and one regular)

2 10 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup

1 large can mushrooms stems and pieces chopped

2 cups rice (uncooked)

1 large bell pepper, chopped (optional)

1 bunch green onion tops and chopped

1 bunch of parsley, chopped

1 cup celery, chopped

Cajun seasoning to taste

2 cups chicken broth

Brown meat first and drain

Mix all ingredients together and place in small roaster or very large casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours

Still well every 20 minutes, adding more cajun seasoning if needed
