2 pounds ground beef
1 1/2 (14 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 (8oz) cans tomato paste
2 garlic gloves, minced
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
pepper o taste
1 (12 oz)package thin or medium noodles
6 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 buch green onions (optional)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic, sugar, salt and peeper. Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.

Cook the noodle using the package directions; drain and rinse with hot water. Return the noodles to the saucepan and add the cream cheese. Cover and let stand until the cream cheese is soft, toss to mix well. Add the sour cream and green onions and mix gently.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Alternate layers of the ground beef mixture and noodle mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish until all the ingredients are used. Beginning with the gourd beef mixture. Top with the Cheddar cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the cheese melts and the casserole is bubbly.
