4 sleeves of Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies (each package has two sleeves)
1 LARGE carton Cool Whip softened
Large bowl 2% or whole milk. (anything less than 2% makes the desert watery)

Directions:
Directions:
Use an 8 x 8 or 9 x 13" baking dish
Dip chocolate chip cookies one by one into a bowl of milk just till you start to see the cookie soaking up the milk. (Don't wait too long because they will fall apart)
Place cookies in a single layer on the bottom of the casserole dish. Covered with a layer of softened Cool Whip. Continue layering cookies and Cool Whip for 3 (or more) layers. Ending with a layer of Cool Whip. For topping crunch enough cookies to give the top a hearty coating. Refrigerate over night and serve.
