½ lb. ground beef
½ lb. ground pork
1 cup onions, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
14-16 oz. bag of seasoned crutons
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. poultry seasoning
½ tsp. sage
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. parsley flakes
2 cups water plus extra if needed

Directions:

Brown meats, drain off grease. Add onion, celery and 2 cups of water to frying pan and heat until hot. Pour over crutons that are in a large bowl. Add seasoning. Add more liquid if necessary. You want it moistened enough to keep it's uniformity. Stuff bird with most of stuffing and put the remaining in a greased casserole dish and bake til celery is tender.
