1lb butter
5 C flour
2 pkg yeast
2 Tbsp sugar
1 C scalded milk
2 eggs
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald and cool milk to lukewarm and add sugar and yeast, set aside to rise. Cut flour, salt and butter. Add well beaten eggs to liquid and mix with flour mixture. wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 3-4 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Take some of dough and roll into circle, pie crust size and thickness. Use sugar/cinnamon mixture ( 1 C sugar 2 Tbsp cinnamon) to roll on. once rolled out cut into 8 slices and sprinkle with sugar/cinnamon mix, then roll pieces (like a cresent roll.) place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
