2 devils chocolate cake mixes
4 eggs
1 C oil
1 Can of whipped cream cheese icing
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cake mix with the eggs and oil. Make into 1-1 1/2 inch balls and place on cookie sheet leaving enough space for cookie to spread. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min, top of cookie should appear cracked. Remove from oven and drop pan onto counter to flatten cookies. Remove from pan and let cool.
Once cooled sandwich whipped cream cheese icing(I use store bought) between 2 cookies.
