2 Cups Flour *
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp. Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple, undrained
½ Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and place in 9 x 13" pan in a 350º oven for 30 minutes.

*I used 2 Cups Plus 4 Tbsp. of cake flour instead of regular flour.
 

MEXICAN WEDDING CAKE FROSTING


Ingredients:

1 Stick Margarine
1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
3/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans

Directions:

Mix ingredients together (except for pecans) until smooth. Add Pecans and frost cake.
