½ cup water
⅔ cup dry milk
1 ⅓ cup Crisco
2 lbs powdered sugar
Flavorings (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla
⅛ to ¼ tsp butter flavor
½ tsp almond or maple flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco, dry milk, water, and salt. Add flavorings and powdered sugar. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy, for about 5 minutes or so.

This is Pat Klinker's frosting recipe. Can be made and frozen, thawed and refrozen. Very good and creamy.
