4 eggs separated
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. medium noodles cooked and drained
1 c. cornflakes (crushed - mix with sugar and cinnamon to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-het oven to 350º.
Beat egg yolks until light - add cooled melted butter and sugar and beat until mixed well.
Fold in cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles.
Beat egg whites until stiff and then fold them into egg yolk mixture.
Place in buttered casserole. Sprinkle top with cornflakes, and cinnammon-sugar mixture.
Dot generously with butter and bake.

Use a 2 quart casserole. If doubling the recipe, use a 9x13 pan and bake for 45 mins. - 1hr.


Best when served right out of the oven. It is light and fluffy and becomes dense when cold.
