4 Sticks of real unsalted Butter
2 Cups sugars
12 Eggs
2 Tbsp Vanilla
2 Cans Eagle Brand Milk
1 lg. Bag off coconut
2 Cups Pecans
2 Boxes Vanilla Wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream sugar and cold butter. Add 1 egg at a time beating until creamy. Add vanilla to mixture. Add milk one can at a time. Mix until creamy. Add well crushed cookies a little at a time. Add coconut and pecans a little at a time. Spray loaf pans with Bakers Joy and only use Baker Joy. Bake for one hour or until knife comes out clean. Cool well. Makes 12 small loafs. Great gifts at Christmas. Tips: Crush cookies in Ziploc bag until almost powder. This recipe freezes well up to 4 months.
