1 Regular Jimmy Dean sausage
16 oz Uncle Ben conventional rice
1lb crawfish tails
1 can beef broth
1 can French onion
1 small can tomato sauce
1 stick of butter (optional - I did not put the butter makes too greasy)

Brown sausage
I also cook crawfish a little.
Mix all ingredients together. Cook for one hour at 350.
