Dry Ingredients

2 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
1 ½ cups of chopped pecans
½ cups of whole pecans
1 ½ cups of chopped walnuts
1 ½ cups slivered almonds or other nuts
1 ½ cups of sliced almonds
1 ½ cups of sunflower seeds
2 cups of unsweetened coconut
¼ cup of sesame seeds
¼ cup flax seeds
¼ cup chia or hemp
1 tablespoon cinnamon
pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients

1 ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
1 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Melt all the wet ingredients together, then drizzle over the dry.

Spread the mixture onto 3 greased jelly roll pans. Bake at 250 F for 2 hours or until browned. Add 1 ½ cup of any dried fruit when it comes out of the ovens. I used dried cherries or craisins.

Cool, bag, store in freezer.
