1 ¼ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
1 stick of unsalted butter cut into ¼ inch pieces and chilled
4-6 tbs ice water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water, a tablespoon at a time, until mixture forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Roll dough out to fit a 9 inch pie plate. Place crust in pie plate. Press the dough evenly into the bottom and sides of the pie plate. refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Poke the crust a bunch with a fork to minimize bubbling up in the oven. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until bottom is just beginning to color. Then you can add any filling and bake the rest of the way
