4 12oz cans of tomato sauce
1 lb. unsalted butter
2 small bottles of Worcestershire sauce
1 large Texas sweet yellow onion grated
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Juice of one large lemon
4 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 clove minced garlic
Dash of hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Into a large pot:

Dump in all of the ingredients . Over low heat stir and simmer for at least 45 minutes.

If sauce is too thick add a little Texas beer.

Baste slabs of ribs on each side several times until done to your liking .

This should be enough sauce for two slabs.

I like to finely chop one roasted Habanero pepper and add to the sauce to kick it up a notch.
