1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T. butter
1 can (46 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 c. Ronzoni acini pepe, uncooked
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. frozed chopped spinach
1 pkg. pre-cooked sausage links
Salt to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and garlic in butter until tender but not browned; add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta, nutmeg and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes; add spinach and sausage pieces and simmer another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and sprinkle with grated cheese.
