1 package [18¼ oz] chocolate cake mix
1½ cups whipping cream
1/3 cup confectioner's sugar

Frosting:
1 packgae [8 oz] cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 T vanilla
2 cups confectioner's sugar
3 T bakkng cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare and bake cake accoring to package directions, using two greased and floured 9 inch round baking pans. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
When cool, split each cake in half horizontally.
In a small mixing bowl, cream until soft peaks form; fold in confectoners sugar, spread between layers.
In another mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla
Gradually beat in confectioner's sugar and cocoa. Frost top of torte.
