1½ cups heavy cream
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
2 cups milk chocolate chips
6 cups of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in your crockpot. Set on low and stir until melted,smooth and warm. Serve in a mug with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes 12 servings
