2 C flour
4 C milk
2 eggs
1 T sugar
1 tsp salt
Fresh fruit and/jam of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except fruit or jam together until smooth. Heat skillet with light oil. Pour about 1/2 C batter into pan and tilt pan until evenly spread from edge to edge. When cake is firm, lift edge with thin spatula and turn over. Finish cooking until brown on both sides and remove from pan. When ready to eat layer cakes with fruit and/or jam, ending with filling on top. Serve in pie wedges. You can also roll up a single cake like a crepe.
