2 1/2 cups of milk
1/3 cup long grain rice (not minute rice)
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven pan measure out milk, rice, and salt over high heat until almost boiling stirring constantly with a rubber spatula. Slowly turn tempature down before boiling point and simmer for 25 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla and cook on low tempature for 2 mintues. Remove from heat and cover and refrigate to cool. Top with cinnamon and enjoy.
