1 Cup Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Honey
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Cups Cooked Yellow Squash (4 Cups Raw)
1 Unbaked Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
--Cube and steam yellow squash in small amount of water until tender; drain and cool.
--Measure cooled squash.

--Preheat oven to 400º.

--In blender, mix: milk, eggs, cinnamon and honey.
--Add cooled squash; blend 2-3 minutes.
--Pour into unbaked pie shell.

--Bake at 400º for 10 minutes then 350º for 35 minutes or until set.
--Cool, then refrigerate until COLD.
