1 (20 ounce) Package Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
1 (8 ounce) Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Assorted Fruit (Strawberries, Grapes, blueberries, bananas, raspberries)
Marmalade: Peach, orange or Apricot Preserves
2 Tablespoons Water

--Freeze cookie dough 1 hour.
--Line 14" Pizza pan with foil.
--Slice dough into 1/8" slices
--Place in pan overlapping edges, slightly.

--Bake at 375º for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

--Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
--Spread over cooled crust.
--Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer.
--Mix marmalade with water to thin.
--Brush glaze over fruit. This will prevent banana from browning.
--Chill & --Cut like a pizza.
(Can also be served without glaze.)
