3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Pure Pumpkin

Filling:
1 (8 ounce) Cream Cheese
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
6 Tablespoons Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
--Preheat Oven to 375º.
--Grease sheet pan, line with wax paper, grease again

--For Cake:
--Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves,and salt in small bowl; set aside.
--In large mixer bowl; Beat eggs and sugar.
--Add pumpkin.
--Stir in flour mixture.
--Spread evenly into prepared pan.

--Bake 13-15 minutes until cake springs back when touched.
--Sprinkle powder sugar on towel.
--Turn cake onto towel
--Remove wax paper and roll up cake.
--Cool completely.

--For frosting:
--Beat ingredients until smooth spreading consistency.

--Carefully unroll cake and frost insides.
--Re-roll cake.
--Sprinkle top with powdered Sugar.
