1 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup peanut butter (or as much as you like)
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups chopped peanut butter cups or Reeses "mini" chips (add more/less to your liking)
2 1/4 cups all purpose flower
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars, until light and fluffy.
2) Beat in eggs and vanilla.
3) Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
4) Gradually add steps 2 & 3 to the creamed mixture and mix well.
5) Stir in peanut butter cups/ chips.
6) Drop by rounded table spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto baking sheets.
7) Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes (or until edges are lightly browned).
8) Cool for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks.
