2 cups vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine both sugars, oil and eggs together in a bowl.

In a very large bowl (dishpan) sift together baking soda, salt and flour.

Add oatmeal, coconut, cornflakes and chocolate chips into dry mixture and combine.

Add wet ingredients to dry and combine. This will take a lot of muscle, but worth it.

Use a cookie scoop to measure out and roll into a ball, place on ungreased and slightly flatten.

Cook for 8-10 minutes at 350º. Do not overbake. Cookies will be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
