1 1/2 c canned pure pumpkin
2 large eggs
1 c whole milk
1/2 c pure maple syrup
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon,
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp kosher salt
9-inch baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F whisk pumpkin and eggs to blend well in a medium bowl. Add milk, maple syrup, flour, cinnamon, ginger and salt; whisk to blend well. Pour filling into baked pie crust. Bake pie until center is set, 55-60 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack; let cool. Serve with sweetened whipped cream spiked with bourbon, if desired.
