Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
½ c. cooking oil
1 can mandarin oranges
Icing:
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 8oz container cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º.
2. Mix cake ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into 3 8 inch baking pans.

Bake in oven until done (test with cake tester).

Cool in pans for 10 minutes, take out of pans, and cool on racks.

For Icing,
1. Mix crushed pineapple and vanilla instant pudding mix in a large bowl.
2. Fold in cool whip.
3. Frost cooled layers.

Keep cake in refrigerator, or a cooler.
