6 chicken breasts
1 8 oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ c. cooking sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream and cooking sherry, and pour over chicken.

Bake for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.

Serve with wild rice, and broccoli spears. The sauce is good over rice.
