Champagne Punch

Serve this in a punch bowl and do not mix ingredients. This is the
secret to this recipe.

1 large punch bowl

Add in this order:
Two 2-liter bottles of Ginger Ale (not the diet one) I like Canada Dry
best
1 large bottle of Pink Champagne (not Cold Duck ) any brand of Pink
Champagne will do

Add scoops of rainbow sherbet on top

Serve immediately. This recipe is absolutely foolproof. It is a drink
that everyone likes a lot and expect to fill that punch bowl up more
than once so have extra ingredients on hand if you have a large
gathering.

Peach Bellini (added by Melissa Ironi)
Ingredients:
4 white peaches (can use peach juice)
1 part sugar syrup
4 parts Martini Rossi Prosecco
How to mix:
Whip up your peach puree – just peel and blend the peaches, then strain it strain and refrigerate until cold
Mix 2 parts of peach puree with one part of sugar syrup
Add about 20ml of the peach puree mix to your Champagne flute, then gently pour Prosecco into the glass. You want to leave the peach puree undisturbed at the bottom of the glass at this stage
Just before serving, stir to mix the peach and Prosecco well.
