Ingredients: New Year's Champagne Punch Ingredients: 2-1/4 cups and 1 tablespoon orange sherbet 4-1/2 cups fresh orange juice 5/8 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled 1-1/8 (750 milliliter) bottles champagne, chilled Preparation: Place the orange juice, ginger ale, and champagne in the refrigerator to get them well chilled. 2. In a large punch bowl, place the block of sherbet in the center and pour the orange juice over the top. Next, pour the ginger ale over the sherbet. Finally, pour both bottles of champagne over the sherbet. Stir gently to mix the liquids, resulting in a foamy top. Serve immediately. Serves: 20 Champagne Punch Ingredients 6 cups cranberry juice cocktail 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice 2 bottles champagne 1 bottle Club Soda Directions Combine all ingredients except champagne. Chill well. Pour into punch bowl. Add champagne. Serves 20. Tip: Fill a small aluminum bowl 1/2 full with water. Place in freezer. Makes a "quickie" attractive piece of ice for your punch bowl. You can also freeze fruits inside. ___________________________________________________________
Champagne Punch Serve this in a punch bowl and do not mix ingredients. This is the secret to this recipe. 1 large punch bowl Add in this order: Two 2-liter bottles of Ginger Ale (not the diet one) I like Canada Dry best 1 large bottle of Pink Champagne (not Cold Duck ) any brand of Pink Champagne will do Add scoops of rainbow sherbet on top Serve immediately. This recipe is absolutely foolproof. It is a drink that everyone likes a lot and expect to fill that punch bowl up more than once so have extra ingredients on hand if you have a large gathering.

Directions:Strawberry Champagne Punch INGREDIENTS: 1 (750 milliliter) bottle champagne, chilled 2 liters ginger ale, chilled 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries, partially thawed
DIRECTIONS: In a large punch bowl, combine champagne, ginger ale and strawberries. Stir gently and serve.
Peach Bellini (added by Melissa Ironi) Ingredients: 4 white peaches (can use peach juice) 1 part sugar syrup 4 parts Martini Rossi Prosecco How to mix: Whip up your peach puree – just peel and blend the peaches, then strain it strain and refrigerate until cold Mix 2 parts of peach puree with one part of sugar syrup Add about 20ml of the peach puree mix to your Champagne flute, then gently pour Prosecco into the glass. You want to leave the peach puree undisturbed at the bottom of the glass at this stage Just before serving, stir to mix the peach and Prosecco well.

Easy Mojito (food network) 6 ounces light rum 12 mint sprigs, or spearmint, 8 roughly broken apart 6 tablespoons fresh lime juice 4 tablespoons sugar Club soda 4 slices lime Place ice in beverage shaker then add in the rum, 8 broken up mint sprigs, lime juice and sugar. Shake well and serve over ice in a high ball glass. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda. Garnish each with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
Sahlab (warm + hearty popular Arab beverage) Ingredients: 1/2 cup corn flour 1/2 cup coconut flour 1/2 cup rice powder 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup powdered milk 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds 2 cups milk or water Instructions Mix all the dry ingredients well and store in an airtight container, preferably a glass jar until ready to use. Place the 2 cups of milk in a saucepan and add 3 tablespoons from the previously made sahlab mixture bring to a boil while stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into serving cups and enjoy it HOT If you prefer the drink thicker more like a pudding you can stir 1 or 2 tbls of sahlab mixture into a small amount of cold water or milk, then whisked into a simmering Sahlab. Add more or less sugar according to your preferences
