Pre heat oven 350º

3 to 4 Lbs.. Pork Roast
whole garlic broken into pieces
1 can of ginger ale
salt/ pepper to taste
2 medium onions sliced
2 medium carrots sliced



Directions:
Directions:

Make small slices (holes) in the roast
Place pieces garlic within the holes
Place in roasting pan
Place carrots and onions around the side of the pork
Pour ginger ale around the side of the pork until veggies are covered

Bake for 1.5 hours or until internal temp. is 140º
make a rue to make gravy
