Ingredients: 1 stick butter, softened - can soften while prep, chips, nuts and flour mixture 3/4 cup sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/4 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt - even if macadamia nuts are salted 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (12 ounce bag is 2 cups) 6.5 ounces macadamia nuts, chopped (to about the size of a half a pea)

Directions:Pre heat oven to 375 Beat together butter and sugar until creamy Stir in egg and vanilla Stir flour, baking soda and salt together in another bowl then add to butter mixture (don't be alarmed that it doesn't look like a lot of dough) Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts
Can drop by either teaspoonfuls or tablespoonfuls, depending on desired size, 1.5 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes until LIGHTLY browned.
Cool on wire rack c. 15 minutes
Makes two dozen Tablespoon size or five dozen teaspoon size |

Notes: I had these at a Miata Club Ladies Overnight cookie contest in 2017. They are amazingly delicious - even if you don't like white chocolate. Everyone loved them! I immediately got the recipe and then made them for a Smith Club event where there were as popular.
