36 large marshmallows
1 cup cooked pumpkin
½ t cinnamon
¼ t salt
¼ t ginger
½ pint cream - whipped
9 inch pieshell - baked
Directions:
Directions:
Place marshmallows, pumpkin and seasonings in top of double boiler. Heat and stir until marshmallows are melted. Let cool at room temperature. Whip cream - stir about ⅓ cup of it into the cooled pumpkin mixture. Then carefully fold in the remaining cream. Pour into pie shell. Chill in refrigerator. Whip more cream for topping.
