1½ cup oleo
1½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
5 cup flour
2 tsp baking soda & dissolve in 2 Tbsp lukewarm water.
Directions:

Mix rest of ingredients. Chill dough
Roll out ½ inch or so and bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
