1 cup margarine (softened)
¼ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2¼ cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugar, and brown sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs, mix together
Stir in instant pudding.
Combine flour and baking soda and mix well with creamed mixture.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 10 minutes or until set. Do not over bake. Let cool for a couple of minutes then place on wire rack to cool.

I use this recipe to make my large cookie and it works perfectly. Can also be baked as bars. These are very yummy but be sure not to cook them too long so they remain soft in the center.
