16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
¼ cup milk
8 oz pkg cheddar cheese
2 oz beef (finely chopped)
2 Tbsp mayo
8 to 10 green onions
1 Tbsp garlic salt
Toasted almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except almonds. Shape into a ball. Refrigerate until set then roll in toasted almonds.

I do not add the green onions but that is just personal preference. Very rarely do I roll in almonds and it tastes fine. Lasts a long time and excellent served with all different kinds of crackers.

This was served on the boat ride on the Twilight we took for Pat & Don's 50th Wedding Anniversary from LeClaire to Dubuque and back. Everyone loved it and I told John that if he got the recipe I would make it and somehow he got me a copy of it!
