1 box yellow cake mix
⅔ cup oleo, melted
1 egg
3 to 4 cups miniature marshmallows
1 pkg (12 oz) peanut butter chips
⅔ cup white corn syrup
¼ cup oleo
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 cups dry roasted peanuts

Directions:

Mix cake mix, ⅔ cup melted oleo and egg. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows. Place back in oven for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows begin to melt. Remove from oven and let cool.

Melt in microwave, peanut butter chips, corn syrup and ¼ cup oleo. Add vanilla, stir and then spread on cooled marshmallows.

Immediately cover with the dry roasted peanuts, pushing the peanuts down. Let cool.
