1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Peanut Butter
3 Cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt

Extra white sugar for rolling.

Directions:
Directions:
--Preheat Oven to 350º.

--Cream shortening with sugars.
--Add eggs, vanilla and peanut butter.
--Mix in flour, soda and salt until well blended.
--Roll in 1" balls.
--Roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Using a fork dipped in sugar make criss-cross indents.

--Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
