24 ounces shredded frozen potatoes, thawed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup hot pepper cheese
1 cup Swiss cheese
1 cup diced hamj
1/2 cup half and half
2 eggs
1/4 t. salt
mustard, green onions, and green pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Press potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press into bottom and sides of a 10" pie pan to make a crust and brush with the melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove and reduce heat to 350 degrees. Fill the crust with the cheeses and ham. Beat cream, eggs, and salt together and pour over all. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 6
